I am Muhammad Nadeem with CKD chronic kidney disease last 4 years. My both kidneys are failure now I am on Dialysis 3 per week. I am eager to secure a stable job and become self-sufficient, but unfortunately, my declining health prevents me from doing so.As my children are still young and unable to contribute, I am solely responsible for providing for them. With the current high levels of inflation, it has become increasingly difficult to manage our daily expenses, especially since all my savings have been depleted on my own medical treatment. Meeting our household needs has become a daunting task, and I am in desperate need of financial support to cover the cost of the kidney transplant. I want to renal transplant, which is a costly procedure. I need financial help.
