Faith-Based Programs
We provide faith-based programs and resources designed to help women develop a strong foundation of spiritual values and principles.
Mentorship
Our mentorship programs pair women and teen girls with caring and supportive mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and practical advice as they navigate the challenges of adolescence and beyond.
Community Engagement
We facilitate opportunities for women and teen girls to connect with like-minded peers, participate in community service projects, and build meaningful relationships that will last a lifetime.
Personal Development Workshops
Through workshops and seminars, we equip women and teen girls with essential life skills such as leadership, communication, self-esteem, and resilience, empowering them to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

About the founder
Ayana McDonald
It’s rare to find a talented individual whose craft is driven by
the sole desire of uplifting those she touches. Ayana
McDonald is undoubtedly one of those individuals. Her gift
possesses the uncanny ability to reach audiences both far
and wide. As a native of Long Island, New York, her gifts
have allowed her to travel across the world with a message of hope and love to the masses. She is a singer, clinician, empowerment speaker and entrepreneur who has performed at Fenway Park, the Wang Theatre, and the Apollo Theatre and holds a B.A in business management from the
prestigious Berklee College of Music.
As a singer, songwriter, and member of the Grammy
Nominated & Stellar Award-winning group JJ Hairston &
Youthful Praise, she has been featured on numerous platforms including The Trinity
Broadcasting Network (TBN), ABC Networks BET, The Word Network, The Impact Network &
WATC and Fox. Ayana has performed with Grammy Award winning artists across various
musical genres including Isreal Houghton, Tye Tribbett, Fred Hammond, Karen Clark Sheard, Kim Burrell, Wess Morgan, Travis Green, and more. As an actress she has been featured in
musicals and on the big screen, alongside gospel legend Shirley Murdock in the hit stage play “Torn Between and Tyler Perry in his motion picture “Madea’s Family Funeral”. She is a licensed and ordained minister of the gospel with over 20 years of experience leading and managing teams in ministry.
In the corporate arena, she currently oversees a team of FinTech experts as People Manager
of Proposal Management for Global Sales and Enterprise Accounts at Fiserv Corporation, a
fortune 500 company that serves over 6 million merchants worldwide. Through her extensive
work, Ayana has helped to secure more than $250 million in revenue for the company. She is
a proud member of the NAACP, Technology Association of Georgia, PayTech Women and
also served Co-Chair of the Legacy Girls Program and member of the National Coalition of
100 Black Women on the Public Policy and Economic Empowerment Committees to advocate
for African American women and girls across the country.
She is the founder and visionary of Kingdom Girls Rock, a non-profit organization whose
mission is to empower rand impact the lives of women,
motivating them to excel in every area
of their lives. Through the work of Kingdom Girls Rock, hundreds of women have received
educational resources, tools and community services throughout the state of Georgia. Her
heart is for the people as she endeavors to change the lives of those that she meets.
